Guzheng!!!

hi people.. most of you should have received one or more of my smses. But for the benefit of those who didn't i shall repeat it here.

ZHSS alumni finally gave me a nod, zhss venue for sat evening! however, they will need to pay extra for security guard. that's why i suggested sat morning to all of you.

Apparently, sat evening is a better choice because most of you have something on in the morning.

So, i will tentatively fix the practice time as: Sat 6pm-8pm, once every two weeks. In the event that we are preparing for a performance, we will increase the frequency of practice to once a week.

I understand that all of us are very busy now. many of us are in university now and some of you are preparing for prelims and A levels. but i really hope you people will spare the few hours of your time once every two week. this is not a very heavy commitment, but i think it is enough to keep the spirit going :)

for those of you preparing for A levels, you may join us after the exam.

Many of you are hesitant about joining cos you haven't been playing guzheng for a long time. please rest assured that many of us here are not playing guzheng in JC too. me included. So i will be going slow at first. don't have to worry that you can't catch up.

Lastly, 15 sept is the school aniversary. So ZHSS alumni requests an item from us. I will hope to make up a small group item for this event. Update you all about the choice of song soon. Any suggestions feel free to sms me at 92281056 or leave a comment here.
